Ingredients

    2 teaspoons olive
    1/2 cup onion, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 cup chopped tomatoes
    freshly ground pepper
    1/4 teaspoon dried crushed basil
    2 eggs

Directions

1. In medium frying pan, heat oil. Saute onion and green
pepper until onion becomes translucent.
2. Add garlic, tomato, and seasonings. Cook over low
heat for 2 minutes, stirring..
3. Make 2 holes in sauce with a spoon and crack eggs in.
Cover and cook until eggs are set.
