Ingredients

1 box Barilla Jumbo Shells
24 oz. Cottage Cheese, small curd
1 1/2 C. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded and divided
1/2 C. Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 1/2 C. Spinach. then coarsely chopped (optional)
1 egg, lightly scrambled
1 Jar Ragu Sauteed Onion and Garlic Sauce (6 serving size)
Directions
Boil the Jumbo shells according to package directions
while pasta is boiling, (10-12 min.)
In large mixing bowl stir together Cottage Cheese, 1 C. of the Mozzarella Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, egg, and the chopped spinach. You may add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour 1 C. of the Ragu sauc in the bottom of the baking dish.
Once pasta is done, drain, and scoop 3 T. of cheese mixture into each shell. Place each stuffed shell in the baking dish. Once all stuffed shells are in baking dish, pour remaining sauce over shells, and top with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350* for 30-40 min. or until sauce is bubbly, and cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and let sit for approx. 10 min.
serving suggestions: serve with garlic bread and salad
