Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup slivered almonds
    2 apples (med size)
    3 teaspoons light brown sugar
    4-5 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 tablespoon light butter spread (I can't belive it's not butter)
    4 tablespoons water

Directions

Cut apples and mix all ingredents(except almonds) in a microwave safe bowl. Cover cook on high for about 5 minutes. Add almonds after cooking as a topping.
