Ingredients

    Chicken Breast - 1 Large Breast
    Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 2 tbsp
    Baked Potato, with skin, 1 large
    Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.25
    Butter Bud Sprinkles, 2 tablespoons
    Romaine Lettuce, 1.5 cup, shredded
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 tomato
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber
    Olive Oil, 2 tsp
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tsp

Directions

Heat oven to 450. Season chicken with McCormick's seasoning. Cook for 20 minutes.

While chicken is cooking, bake potato in microwave for 12 minutes.

Create small salad with vegetables, using the balsamic vinegar and olive oil as a dressing. Top baked potato with Butter Buds, sour cream and cheese.
