    1.5 lbs stewing beef
    1 lrg canned crushed tomatoes
    1 jalapeno
    1/2 onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 can bushes black beans
    1 tbsp canola oil


Brown meat and onion in oil.
Put meat and all ingredients into crock pot.
Do not chop jalapeno, put it in whole
cook on high for 5-6 hour, till meat is tender
