    12 oz Beef Steak, visible fat removed
    1/4 t garlic powder
    16 oz oriental style frozen veggies
    1 packet Oriental flavor Ramen
    1 1/2 c water


Brown beef in dry skillet (yes I promise it will work) on both sides. Add veggies, flavor packet from ramen and garlic powder, cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Break ramen into quarters. Add noodles and water to pan cover and continue to simmer until noodles are done. About 3 minutes. Makes 3 servings
