    Diced Tomatoes, 2 14.5 oz cans

    Great Value White Long Grain Rice (1/4 cup dry),2 cups

    Chile Powder, 4 tbsp

    McCormick ground cumin, 3 tbsp

    Salt, Redmond Real Salt Sea Salt 3/4 tsp


Add both cans of tomatos and rice to pressure cooker.

Bring to pressure. Turn down slowly until pot just maintains pressure (as little heat on bottom as possible) very likly to stick to bottom of pan.

After 7 min of cooking use your post quick release method. Pot will still have liquid in pot stir and let set.

Makes 31 (45 gram servings)

  • holy crap! 4 tbsp. of chili powder and 3 tbsp. of cumin, thought it was a bit much but I said what the hell and tried it, WAYYYYYYYY too much, must be a type-o - 5/23/13
