Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts
    1 cup onion, chopped
    3 carrots, chopped
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    1/2 yellow pepper, chopped
    1/2 orange peppers, chopped
    2 cups cauliflower, chopped
    1 1/2 cups broccoli, chopped
    1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced
    1 tsp garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp ginger, grated

    enough whole wheat spaghetti to make about 5 cups cooked

    Sauce:
    1/4 tsp ginger, grated
    1 tsp garlic, minced
    few squeezes of lime juice
    4 tbsp. oyster sauce
    2 tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce





Directions

Stir Fry first 11 ingredients. Mix the remainder then pour over the stir fry. Cover and steam. Boil the spaghetti. Serve stir fry over the spaghetti.
