    Mushrooms, fresh, 4 cup, pieces or slices
    swanson low sodium 100% fat free chicken broth, 1 1/2 cup
    sweet raw onion, 0.5 cup
    Rozini Healthy Harvest whole wheat rotini, 2 boxes (14 servings)
    Peas and carrots, frozen, 1 package
    seasoning as desired


saute mushrooms and onions in the broth. Cook pasta according to package. Place peas and carrots in strainer, run hot water over them to defrost some. When pasta is cooked, strain over the peas and carrots. Stir to finish defrosting, drain and return to pan. Pour mushroom mixture into the noodles, sprinkle with parmesan, serve. Makes 18 servings.
