    1 cup cooked long grain white rice
    6 medium asparagus speares
    1 oz (18 kernels) roasted cashews
    1 tbsp chicken boullion
    1 Leek


Sautee chopped leak in cooking spray. Add rice and boullion and bring to boil. Add asparagus speares (chopped) and cover under low heat until water evaporated. Mix through cashews when fully cooked. If cashews are salted, then just add some cracked pepper (no extra salt).
