    Flank Steak, 2 lb (
    Green Chili Peppers, canned, 1 cup
    Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 24 tsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
    Sour Cream, fat free , 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    white vinager, 1 tbsp
    Flour Tortillas, 12 tortilla (approx 10" dia)


rub the steaks with the taco seasoning and place in crock pot . pour the chili peppers, onion and vinegar over the steak. Cook on low heat for 8 hours. When cooked shread the meat with a fork and spoon into each tortilla. Add sour cream, tomato and cheese to each. Serve. Makes 14
