Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Zuchinni, 1 large 323g, 1 serving (remove)
    Butternut Squash, 3 cup, cubes (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), .5 cup (remove)
    Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 10 slice (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Egg white, 1 serving (remove)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Mustard seed, yellow, .5 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)

Directions

Saute veggies for about 5 minutes. Cube bread and place in bottom of casserole dish. Place sauted veggies over bread. Layer cheese, cranberries over top. Mix all other ingrediants and pour over veggies. Let sit for about an hour. Bake at 350 F for 45 - 60 minutes.
