    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 4 cups
    Buttermilk, lowfat, .1/4 cup
    *Flaxmeal, 4 tbsp
    Pure Maple Syrup, 1/2 cup
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, 2 tbsp
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1/2 cup
    Salt, 1 dash
    2 cans sweet potatoes
    2 TBSP coconut butter


Preheat to 400 F
Brush 9x13 pan with olive oil
Mix remaining ingredients together in a large bowl.
Press into 9x13 baking pan
Bake fro 30-35 minutes or until golden on top.
Remove and let cool. Cut into squares.
