Number of Servings: 20


    75 g (1/2 cup) all purpose flour
    75 g (1/2 cup) whole wheat flour
    30 g (1/8 cup) sugar
    6 g (1 packet) bread yeast
    80 ml (1/3 cup) milk (lukewarm)
    1 egg
    20 g (1 1/4 tbsp) butter (soft)

    2-8oz cream cheese
    1/2 c sugar
    3 eggs
    1c cake mix
    cup milk
    3 tb lemon juice

    1) Preheat oven to 300.
    2. If using a bread machine: Combine 1st 7 ingredients per instructions of your bread machine on dough setting and let rise about 45 mins.

    If making by hand: Combine Flour and 60 g sugar in mixing bowl. Combine yeast & milk and mix in another bowl. Mix Yeast/milk mixture with 1 egg and butter with the flour mixture. Combine both bowls and mix with the kneading hooks of the hand mixer for 3-4 min. Cover bowl and put in warm place for 30 min until it has risen noticeably.

    Press dough into 13x9 pan.

    3) Beat filling ingredients at med. speed 2 min. Add at low speed 1/2 c milk, 3 tbl lemon juice. Beat until smooth, batter will be thin, pour into shell and sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Bake for 60 minutes @ 300.
