    1/4 cup brown rice flour

    3/4 cup egg whites

    1 scoop vanilla protein powder

    2 tbsp soy milk (I used vanilla)

    1/2 tsp baking powder

    1/2 tsp vanilla

    sprinkle cinnamon

    dash salt


Combine dry ingredients and mix well, add to wet ingredients and pour on, flip emí and eat up! Obviously. If you like your cakes a little sweeter, add some honey or sugar
