    4 Peaches, peeled and blended until smooth.
    1 lemon, zest rind and squeeze juice into peaches while blending.
    1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
    1/3 cup yogurt- I make mine from whole milk, but skim would work too, I'm sure.


Peel peaches, add lemon rind and juice, and blend until smooth. In the meantime, whip cream until it is stiff. Fold cream and yogurt into peach mixture. Freeze in a freezer-safe container for 4-24 hours. Allow to sit at room temperature for 30min to 1 hour to soften before serving.
