    1 can yellow sweet corn, drained
    2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 cup celery, diced
    1 cup carrots, diced
    1 cup peas, frozen
    3 cups chicken bouillon
    1/2 cup onion, diced
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    2 teaspoons Italian seasoning


Put chicken broth into a pot and put all chopped and diced veggies in, except for peas, and seasonings. Put the stove on medium until the mixture is bubbly and then reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 2 hours or until all veggies are soft and aromatic. Add peas in the last ten minutes before serving so they are not mushy.
