    -250 g of long grain rice
    -salt and pepper, ground
    -2 tbsp of oil
    -1 big onion, cut in thin slice
    -2 bell pepper(red and green) cut in ring
    -2 garliv gloves, crush
    -450 g of ground beef(lean)
    -1 tbsp of chili powder
    -425 g of peeled tomatoes
    -4 tomatoes, diced
    -3 tbsp of fresh parsil


-Put the rice to cook in water, until it's well cook
-In a wok, heat oil
-Cook onion, pepper and garlic for 5 minutes
-put the vegetables aside in the wok
-Cook your beef in the middle
-Add the chili powder
-Mix the meat and vegetable together
-Cook for 2 or 3 minutes
-Add tomato
-Put the heat down and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes
-Strain rice, put it in a plate
- Put the meat and vegetable preparation on rice.
-Put the diced tomato and the parsil on it
