Introduction

I vary the fresh veggies everytime depending on what I have and am in mood for. In winter, frozen can work as well. I vary the fresh veggies everytime depending on what I have and am in mood for. In winter, frozen can work as well.

Ingredients

    1 TBSP sesame oil
    Chicken thigh - cut into strips
    Onion - red purple 1/4 c
    Bell pepper - red 80 gm (about 3 oz)
    Broccoli, fresh - 1 cup chopped
    Green Beans - take off ends, snap; in two as needed
    Newman's own Low fat sesame ginger dressing - 1TBSP

Directions

heat sesame oil til hot
add chicken thigh and any other large pieces of veggies as well as take longer to cook (i.e. carrots)
add other veggies and Newmans' dressing (optional)
cook til meat is done, leave veggies crisp
serve hot and yummy!
