    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 4 cup (remove)
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Hunt's Ketchup, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Allspice, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Bay Leaf, 1 serving (remove)
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 4 cup (remove)


Make 4 cups of brown rice as directed

brown 1 lb lean turkey . For this recipe I used 85% lean honeysuckle white ground turkey.

For this recipe i added already cooked leftover cabbage. You can add it with the onions and peppers at the beginning if you want. you will have to add longer cooking time and perhaps more liquid.

Meanwhile in a large stockpot, saute diced carrots, green pepper, and onion in olive oil till softened. Add garlic and saute a few more minutes. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce ketchup, all seasonings and broth. add lemon juice at the end of recipe.
