Ingredients

    9 medium potatoes diced and boiled or boiled then diced
    6 boiled eggs diced
    2 medium stalks celery diced
    1/2 cup onion diced
    1 cup light sour cream
    1/3 cup hellmans low fat mayo (15 cal per tbsp)
    1/2 cup hormel bacon crumbles
    1 cup cheddar cheese
    1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste
    2 teaspoons yellow mustard
    1/4 cup lite ranch dressing

Directions

mix all together and sprinkle top with cheddar and bacon crumbles
