    Good
I substituted so many ingredients (ie.ground chicken breast; yellow pepper) that were on hand from sales. Also, I substituted Gluten Free Bob's Red Mill All Purpose Baking Flour for the flour. I love that it makes a crust on top! A little bit of a metalic taste-possibly the pepper & tomatoe sauce. - 9/3/10
