    1/4 Cup bulgur
    2/3 Cup boiling water
    3/4 pounds lean ground turkey
    1-1/2 Cup 2% small-curd cottage cheese
    1 Teaspoon basil
    1 Teaspoon Oregano
    1/4 Teaspoon pepper
    14 Uncooked manicotti Shells
    1 Jar meatless spaghetti sauce
    1/2 Cup water
    1 Cup shressed part-skim mozzarella chesse


Place the bulgur in a bowl; stir in boiling water. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Drain and squeeze dry.

While waiting for that cook turkey until no longer pink drain. Add cotage cheese, basil, oregano, pepper and blgur; mix well. Stuff into uncooked manicott shells. Arrange in a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine spaghetti sauce and water; pour over shells. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until shells are tender and sauce is bubbly. Uncover; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 miutes longer or until cheese is melted.
