    1 loaf of french bread (9oz)
    Brown Mustard, 3 tsp
    American Cheese, 3 slices (3/4 oz slices)
    Cooked Lentils, 0.25 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Divide the love into thirds, then slice each 'sandwich' in half. Place open sides up on a baking sheet. Cover one side of each sandwich with mushrooms and lentils, top with half of a slice of cheese. Coat the other side of the bread with mustard and top with cheese.

Toast the sandwiches for 10 minutes. Put sandwiches together and serve.
