Introduction

A wonderful light tasting dressing or marinade perfect for shrimp or seafood salad. I marinated the shrimp overnight. Great for chicken too!

Add ginger to taste, I put 1 tsp to start off with, but I added more in mine. Olive oil optional.

Ingredients


    * Lipton Diet Green Tea w/Citrus, 16.9 oz
    * Garlic, 2 cloves minced
    * Onions, raw, 3 tbsp minced
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    * Basil, 1 tbsp
    * Parsley, 2 tbls
    * Ginger, ground, 2 tsp
    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl pour the lipton diet green tea with citrus in the bowl and add remaining ingredients, whisk until mixed well. Pour into a dressing bottle or back into the tea bottle and you have a wonderful quick oriental ginger and green tea based very low fat, low carb dressing especially good on shrimp or other seafood. Best to marinade shrimp in dressing.
