    * Couscous, 1 cup, cooked (remove)
    * *Kitchen Basics Vegetable Stock (1 Cup = 1 Serving), 1 serving (remove)
    * Beans, pinto, 250 grams (remove)
    * Canned Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Raw White Onion (Serving = 1 medium Onion), 1 serving (remove)
    * *Garlic, prepared chopped garlic (Canada Garlic Inc), .5 tbsp (remove)
    * *Olive Oil Flavorite brand pure olive oil, 1 tbsp (remove)


Heat vege stock and add to couscous. Cover and leave for 5 minuites then fluff with a fork. Heat oil, add onions and garlic, stir till browned. Add tomatoes and beans and bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over couscous
