This is a fairly dense bread but tasty. I especially like it toasted! This is a fairly dense bread but tasty. I especially like it toasted!
Number of Servings: 15


    1 C bread flour
    1 C whole wheat flour
    1 C spelt
    1/3 C flax seed, ground
    1 T poppy seeds
    1 T chia seeds
    2 T sunflower seeds
    2 T canola oil
    2 T honey
    1 1/4 C warm water
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    2 tsp bread machine yeast


Mix together the 3 flours and warm in the microwave (30-45 secs) if you store them in the refrigerator or if making the bread in the winter. Mix in flax, poppy seeds and chia seeds. Pour the mixture into the bread machine pan. Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top. Add oil, honey, water and salt. Add the yeast to the dispenser. Set the machine for medium loaf, whole wheat setting, "rapid bake".
