Great tasting meatloaf. I love big portions but this could be stretched to 6 for a lower calorie meal! Great tasting meatloaf. I love big portions but this could be stretched to 6 for a lower calorie meal!

Ingredients

    20 oz. Lean Ground Turkey 93/7 (Perdue)
    .5 cup Fat Free Milk
    .5 cup 4C Bread Crumbs-Plain
    1 large Egg
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/8 tsp Pepper, black
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    2 tsp Lee & Perrin's Worcestershire Sauce
    4 oz Cheese, Sharp Vermont Cheddar, cubed or shredded
    1/2 tsp Minced Onion

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2. In a bowl, mix the turkey, milk, bread crumbs, and eggs by hand. Season with salt and pepper. Fold the cheese into the mixture. Transfer to a loaf pan.
3.Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F
