Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.5 lb ground beef
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1 large egg
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp montreal steak spice
    1/4 cup soy milk (or use dairy)
    1/3-1/2 cup ketchup

    - Spices are our favorites. You could omit or change them to your favorites!

Directions

Blend all ingredients except ketchup in a bowl. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Press into pan. Pour enough ketchup on top to coat. We use Bulls Eye BBQ sauce sometimes or a blend of the two.

Bake for 45-60 minutes at 350. Cut into 8 slices. Nutrition data is per slice, for 8 slices.

You can also make these into muffins, bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.
