    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 14 oz jar of stewed tomatoes
    1 cup cooked couscous
    1 jar prego traditional spaghetti sauce
    2+ green peppers
    1.5 cups of mozzarella cheese
    Italian seasoning


First I brown my hamburger, drain off grease and rinse. I return to dutch oven pan and add my stew tomatoes and 1/2 jar of prego and Italian seasoning. I prepare my couscous and once finished add to my hamburger and tomatoes. Stir well and you can either stuff peppers with mixture or I just put a layer of sliced peppers on the bottom of a 9X13 greased pan and top with the hamburger mixture. I pour the remaining Ragu on top and bake until peppers seem soft. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake until melted. Num husband doesn't like rice, so the couscous works great!! Enjoy!
