    4 eggs
    2lbs bacon
    4 servings of tator tots
    3 small-medium onions
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    1 large tomato diced
    2c cheddar cheese


Cook bacon on skillet to desired doneness. While bacon cooking cook tator tots according to directions. Drain bacon grease and remove bacon from pan. Cook onions and mushrooms to desired texture. Add eggs and cook until scrambled. Add bacon and cheese topping with tomato.
