    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    1 T. olive oil
    3 T. lemon juice
    1 t. oregano
    1 T. black pepper
    2 oz. crumbled feta cheese
    1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
    3 T. fat free sour cream
    1 t. celery salt
    1 t. lemon juice
    1 T. balsamic vinegar
    Cavendar's Greek seasoning
    1 onion, sliced
    1 green bell pepper
    1 red bell pepper
    6 whole wheat wraps ( I use Flat Out Light)


Combine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano and pepper to make marinade. Add chicken breasts and marinade no more than 30 minutes. The vinegar is a quick tenderizer and if kept too long its flavor will be overpowering. Light grill and begin to mix up sauce. Combine yogurt, sour cream, vinegar, lemon juice, celery salt, and Greek seasoning to taste. Fold in feta and set out to serve at room temperature. When grill is hot, sprinkle greek seasoning on chicken, grill approximately 8 minutes each side. Brush onions and whole peppers with marinade, grill, turning as needed. When ingredients are completely cooked, let chicken set 5 minutes before slicing. In the meantime, slice meat off cores of peppers, discarding seeds and tops. Slice chicken. Place chicken, peppers, and onions in wrap, top with feta dressing. Serves 6.
