    2 x 400g cans chickpeas, drained & rinsed
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    Juice 1 lemon
    1 tsp ground cumin
    4 Tbl olive oil


Process half the chickpeas with the garlic, lemon juice, cumin and olive oil. Add the remasining chickpeas and seasoning and pulse until just crushed, making a coarse mash.
