    8 oz crimini mushrooms
    4 oz shitake mushrooms
    4 oz chaterelle mushrooms
    3/4 cup onion
    2 TBL earth balance butter spread
    3 TBL almond slivers


- slice all mushrooms into rough pieces and saute over medium heat until much of the liquid is rendered.
- reduce heat to med-low and continue reducing until the liquid is thick, careful not to burn.
- transfer to a food processor and pulse into fine pieces careful not to over process.
- transfer back into the saute dish over low heat and fold in the almonds
- fill a 1-cup measuring cup with the mushroom mixture and flip it over onto the plate to serve in a nice form
