Introduction

This is for one serving but you could make a large amount and keep it in the fridge. I also add a little lemon zest. I have made it with red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar and salad vinegar. Ingredients

    1 TBSP Olive Oil
    1 TBSP Vinegar (your choice on which kind)
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp oregano (dried or fresh cut)
    1 tsp thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 packet of equal
    feta crumbles to taste
    4 kalamata olives, cut into tiny pieces
    lemon zest to taste

Directions

mix all ingredients and enjoy

Whatever is left over can be stored in the refridgerator.
