    4-6 oz cans chunk light tuna in water 50% less sodium variety, drained
    3/4 cup celery, diced
    5 Tablespoons Light Mayonnaise
    1/4 cup dill pickle relish (or dill pickle, diced)
    3 or 4 dashes each, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, celery seed, dill weed


Mix together. (Use more or less spices as your taste) Serve with sliced tomatoes, fresh lettuce on whole wheat for a TASTY lunch/dinner/snack! YUMM!
