Ingredients

    3 cups water
    1.5 cups Italian red Lentils (separate recipe)
    2 cups chopped zucchini
    3/4 Rapunzel Vegan bouillon cube

Directions

See Italian Red Lentils recipe. Use 1 1/2 cups.
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add bouillon and zucchini and simmer until zucchini is tender. Add lentils and thoroughly combine.
