    1 Graham Cracker Crust
    1 8oz brick low fat cream cheese
    .5C smooth peanut butter
    1C powdered sugar-unsifted
    1 8oz tub of cool whip-lite


With a mixer, mix together the sugar, peanut butter and cream cheese until creamy. Blend in the cool whip...whip with mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into pie crust. Chill 4 hours...or it even tastes great frozen.

The recipe nutrition info is based upon 8 servings...I recommend cutting into 16ths!!!! It is VERY rich!
