    1.5 lbs of small Yukon potatoes
    1 tbsp kosher salt
    1 tbsp pepper
    2 tsp garlic salt
    2 tbsp EVOO


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Arrange potatoes in a baking dish. drizzle EVOO over potatoes and toss with your hands. Add pepper, salt and garlic salt. Toss with hands.
Place in oven and bake for 50 minutes. Potatoes should be soft when pierced with a knife. Serve whole or cut to use in a potatoes salad.
