    10 ears sweet corn on the cob
    4 yellow bell peppers
    2 jamaica red hot peppers
    2 kohlrabi, peeled and diced
    garlic, whole head, roasted
    sweet white onion
    1 container 32oz Organic vegetable broth, low sodium
    4 cups water


Dice onion and all peppers, kohlrabi, put on foil covered cookie sheet with seasonings of choice, spray with PAM and roast at 420 degrees until just starting to brown. Also, strip corn from the cobs and roast the corn as well on another cookie sheet,

Meanwhile, boil all cobs in water/broth for about 20 minutes. Discard cobs, add roasted vegetables and roasted garlic, to vitamix blender, Mix until smooth.

Can vary spiciness to taste with seasonings and pepper types.
