    1/2 cup mayo
    2 tbsp old bay or crab boil seasoning
    1.5 lbs cook shrimp cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    16 celery stalks finely chopped
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
    24-26 large romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried.


Combine the mayonnaise and Old Bay seasoning in a medium-size mixing bowl. Add the shrimp and celery, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
