Ingredients

    2 plum or roma tomates chopped
    2 Tbs cilantro chopped
    1 tsp garlic powder , or to taste
    2 Tbs scallion chopped
    1 oz lime juice or to taste
    1 serrano chile finely chopped
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

mix all ingredients serve cold.
makes 1 cup of salsa.
I like to pulse in blender until slightly lumpy.
I have friends that love this salsa because of the blender. Great for dipping chips .
