Makes about 10 6" flat breads Makes about 10 6" flat breads
Number of Servings: 9


    1 2/3 C flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    1 TB sugar
    1/4 C veg. margarine
    1/2 C water
    3 TB sesame seeds (from a batch of toasted sesame seeds blended into a paste)


Sift together dry ingredients and stir. Add sugar and stir.
Cut in the margarine making a find, crumb mixture.
Stir in water and sesame seed paste.
Roll into 1+" balls and then roll out thin.
Lightly oil baking sheet and place flatbread on it.
Bake in a preheated oven of 400 degrees for 7-10 min.
Cool and store in sealed plastic.
