Ingredients

    3 medium bananas
    1 cup light miracle whip
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 cup white flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

mash bananas in a bowl (works best with bananas that have gone brown, or have been frozen and then thawed)

beat in sugar and salad dressing. Stir in flour, soda and salt, just untilmoistened. Fill muffin cups and bake 20-25 min.

makes 2 doz medum-sized muffins
