Spicy and filling breakfast burrito. Spicy and filling breakfast burrito.

    1/4 cup 2% milk, 4 eggs, 1 small habanero pepper, 1 salsa pepper, 1/4 onion, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar/monterey jack cheese, 3 Morningstar Farms breakfast patties, 2 medium potatoes, 2 tbsp canola oil, 4 8" tortillas


Heat 2 tbsp canola oil over medium heat. Cut potatoes into small cubes and add to skillet with chopped onions, salsa pepper, habanero pepper and cook until potatoes are tender. Combine eggs and milk and scramble in another frying pan. Add cheese to eggs. Heat breakfast patties in microwave or on stove. Cut up and add to potatoes. Heat tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds until warm. Salt/pepper to taste. Combine filling in tortilla, roll it up and eat it! Serve with taco sauce or sour cream if desired. Could be made less fattening if you use skim milk and omit the cheese.
