Ingredients

    3 boneless porkchops
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 Peach, sliced
    1/2 sliced onion
    3 tbsp white wine vinegar
    1/3 C basil leaves
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper

Directions

Cut onion and peaches into wedges
Heat olive oil in pan.
Brown pork chops in pan, salt and pepper both sides
Take chops out of pan and put in casserole dish.
Toss peach and onion in pan with vinegar. Cook for 1 minutes.
Pour peach and onion mixture over pork chops in casserole dish. Cover dish with foil.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
Test to see if done.
Serve with rice or couscous
