Ingredients

    1 lb Quail Breast
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 cup wild rice
    2 cans low fat cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 cup onion
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    Season to taste

Directions

Prepare rice as directed, put in bottom of casserole dish, mix in cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion, mushrooms and chopped meat. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
