Ingredients

    1 can black beans
    1 can yellow corn, drained
    1 cup celery, diced
    1 cup carrots, diced
    1/2 cup onion, diced
    1 tbsp ground cumin
    1 tsp chili powder
    2 cups chicken broth

Directions

Combine all ingrediants except black beans, in a medium pot and put on medium until bubbly. Simmer 60 -90 minutes or until carrots, celery and onion are soft. Add black beans in the last 30 minutes of simmering for flavor.
