    1/2 lb sausage
    1 can spaghetti sauce
    1 large zucchini
    8 oz mozerella


Peel & remove seeds of zucchini. slice into bite size. Cook until just soft. In a greased dish layer zucchini sauce and cooked sausage and 1/2 cup cheese. followed by zucchini, sauce & cooked sausage and cheese. Repeat until top layer is cheese sausage and sauce. Season with italian seasonings. Bake at 35o for 45 minutes.
