Ingredients

    2 cups of bok choy chopped
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 clove garlic chopped
    1 TBSP Olive Oil

Directions

In a skillet, heat the olive oil. Add onions and garlic and cook until just tender. Add bok choy and cook until leaves are wilted and stalks are tender. Serve hot.

    This is my favorite way to cook bok Choy:) I put the stems in first (as they tend to take longer to cook) and then add the leaves. I also sprinkle some chilli flakes, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce instead of olive oil. So good. and it goes well with sticky rice:) - 11/15/10
