    2 cups of bok choy chopped
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 clove garlic chopped
    1 TBSP Olive Oil


In a skillet, heat the olive oil. Add onions and garlic and cook until just tender. Add bok choy and cook until leaves are wilted and stalks are tender. Serve hot.

  • This is my favorite way to cook bok Choy:) I put the stems in first (as they tend to take longer to cook) and then add the leaves. I also sprinkle some chilli flakes, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce instead of olive oil. So good. and it goes well with sticky rice:) - 11/15/10
